Jameson Wang

  • this is a library that is near where i live called the flushing library. in this library it contains approximately 300,000 books.  What I like about this library is that it is close to my house and its quiet inside and has sections of places for teens to be in.what i don't like about this place is that when i want to go find a seat at the third floor where its nice there isn't any seat left

    Nice photo. Great example. Designed by Polshek Partnership (now known as Ennead Architects.)

    This is one of the most heavily used public library in the country. Nice use of a curtain wall and notice how the people gather ont he front steps. Also, if I am not mistakened, the front step are engraved with either writters names or quotes. This was part of the NYC Percent for Art Program.
